. Key Responsibilities
1. Provide academic advising and guidance to students, parents, and educators via phone, email, and video conferencing.
2. Assess students' educational needs and develop personalized learning plans.
3. Offer support and resources to students facing academic challenges, personal issues, or other barriers to learning.
4. Collaborate with educators to develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes
5. Maintain accurate records of counseling sessions, student progress, and communication with stakeholders.
