Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
ï‚· Welcome and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
ï‚· Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls effectively.
Administrative Support:
ï‚· Maintain and update records, files, and databases.
ï‚· Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
ï‚· Handle email correspondence and maintain schedules for meetings or appointments.
Coordination and Communication:
ï‚· Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth office operations.
ï‚· Assist in organizing and coordinating events or meetings.
General Office Tasks:
ï‚· Ensure the reception area and office remain tidy and organized.
ï‚· Support team members in daily administrative tasks.
