Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
