About Job
The Digital Marketing Telecaller is responsible for contacting businesses or individuals to introduce and sell digital marketing services, including SEO, social media marketing, PPC, website development, and other online marketing solutions. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive abilities, and a good understanding of digital marketing concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain digital marketing services.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and messages.
- Maintain a database of potential customers and update CRM records.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable digital marketing solutions.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Handle objections and answer client queries effectively.
Key Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.).
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
- Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
Qualifications:
- 12th pass.
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or digital marketing (preferred).
- Fresher with good communication skills can also apply.
