Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using clear and simple English, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
