Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
