The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Ranchi, Jharkhand. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through non-voice support queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
