ITM Recruitment Services is inviting applications for this customer support role. Candidate sourcing location: Mysuru, Karnataka. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through customer calls, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
