ITM Recruitment Services is inviting applications for this customer support role. Candidate sourcing location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through written support tickets, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
