Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using patient, customer-focused communication, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
