Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
