Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through live chat, with attention to professional communication while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
