Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through live chat, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with product or service questions and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
