Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through non-voice support queues, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
