Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Present and promote products/services persuasively.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain and update customer databases.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales or lead generation targets.
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
