Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through customer calls, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.
