Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using patient, customer-focused communication, through customer calls, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
