Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
