The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?24,000??32,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Support international customers through live chat and written communication.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using approved process guidelines, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
