Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using a polite and professional tone, through live chat, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
