Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using concise explanations and helpful follow-up, through written support tickets, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
