Salary: ?22,000??28,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
