Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on resolve account access questions, using accurate information and calm handling, through email support, with attention to professional communication while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
