Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through written support tickets, with attention to professional communication while assisting with basic troubleshooting requests and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
