Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through written support tickets, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.
Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
