Join the hiring process for an international support team through ITM Recruitment Services. Candidate sourcing location: Kota, Rajasthan. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?20,000??26,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on explain standard account steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through written support tickets, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
