Applications are invited from freshers and experienced candidates with suitable communication skills. Candidate sourcing location: Siliguri, West Bengal. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?26,000??35,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using accurate information and calm handling, through email support, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
