Job Title: Customer Success Advisor – Voice Process

Location: Pune / Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Languages Required: Fluency in English & Hindi (No MTI/RTI, grammatical, or pronunciation errors)

Shift Timings:

• Rotational shifts
• Day shift for females (up to 8 PM)
• Rotational for males

Work Schedule:

• 6 days working, 1 rotational off

Process Type: Outbound Calling (Voice Process)

Experience Required:

• Freshers are welcome
• Prior experience in Motor Insurance is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle outbound calls to assist customers with their queries related to Motor Insurance.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding Motor Insurance products and services.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries effectively.
• Work towards meeting sales targets and performance goals.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards during customer interactions.

Salary Details:

• Freshers: Up to ₹25,000 CTC per month
• Experienced candidates: Up to ₹40,000 CTC per month
