Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.
Responsibilities: Maintain accurate customer records and complete assigned support tasks within the required timeline. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using approved process guidelines, through non-voice support queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply; final eligibility will be discussed during the interview.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
