Role: Represent the support team while assisting international customers.

Responsibilities: Follow the process guide, update ticket status, and keep communication professional. Daily work focuses on share clear information about available services, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.

Work details: Selected candidates must work from the Jaipur office; process-specific schedules will be explained before joining.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
