💰 Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Attractive Incentives

Bright Future Infotech is a leading education consultancy and career counseling center located in Viman Nagar, Pune. We specialize in guiding students and professionals toward future-ready career opportunities through expert counseling, training, and placement support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and working professionals.
• Explain course details, benefits, and career opportunities clearly and convincingly.
• Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication until conversion.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
• Maintain a database of leads and update call records regularly.
• Schedule appointments for walk-ins or counseling sessions.
• Handle queries professionally and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in tele sales/tele calling preferred (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and Marathi (English is a plus).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, persuasive skills, and result-oriented mindset.
