Salary: ?30,000??38,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Manage email, chat, and other non-voice support tasks.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using clear ownership of assigned customer cases, through live chat, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
