Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through written support tickets, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
