Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using clear and simple English, through customer calls, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be ready to work full-time in Jaipur after selection and training instructions.
Work details: Full-time, office-based role in Jaipur. Exact shift and weekly-off details will be shared during selection.
