Join the hiring process for an international support team through ITM Recruitment Services. Candidate sourcing location: Bareilly, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Assist international customers and route requests to the right support team.

Responsibilities: Read the customer request, provide the approved information, and record the outcome. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through customer calls, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Good spoken and written English, basic computer skills, and a customer-focused attitude are important.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: Pan-India virtual interviews are available. After selection, candidates must relocate to Jaipur for joining. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
