Role: Handle international customer calls with a professional and helpful approach.

Responsibilities: Handle assigned calls, chats, or emails and follow the team's service procedures. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through chat and email queues, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Clear English communication, careful reading, and willingness to learn the process are required.

Work details: Working days, shift timing, and weekly-off information will be communicated during the interview process.

Interview and relocation: The first interview can be conducted online across India; selected candidates must report to Jaipur to join. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
