Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on assist with product and service enquiries, using active listening and careful reading, through international customer care channels, with attention to consistent process handling while assisting with order and service updates and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
