Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through email support, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
