Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through chat and email queues, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
