Role: Handle non-voice customer support work through written channels.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on record customer concerns accurately, using clear and simple English, through the assigned customer contact channel, with attention to response accuracy while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
