Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through chat and email queues, with attention to customer satisfaction while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: English communication and the ability to follow written process steps are required for this role.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
