Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Tele Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential business clients over the phone, presenting our products/services, and closing sales. Your goal will be to build strong customer relationships and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to prospective clients.
  • Identify and qualify leads through research and cold calling.
  • Present and explain company products/services to decision-makers.
  • Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
  • Follow up on leads, inquiries, and previous conversations.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information using CRM tools.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to improve customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B tele sales, telemarketing, or a similar sales role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.



Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in B2B telesales.
  • Knowledge of B2B sales strategies and the sales funnel.
  • Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
