Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using consistent service steps and accurate notes, through live chat, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
