Role: Provide customer assistance through email and chat channels.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on route complex questions to the appropriate team, using active listening and careful reading, through customer calls, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
