Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to clear case documentation while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
