• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and sales using CRM software.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections and provide relevant information to resolve customer concerns.
• Follow up on leads and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on insurance industry trends and product updates.
