Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Coordinate with teammates when required and provide clear updates on open cases. Daily work focuses on support customers with routine service questions, using respectful communication and attention to detail, through non-voice support queues, with attention to timely follow-up while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The final work location is Jaipur, Rajasthan. Candidates should be comfortable with relocation after selection.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
