The recruitment team is accepting applications for the role described below. Candidate sourcing location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Final joining location: Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Salary: ?18,000??24,000 per month. Final salary is subject to interview, skills, and employer confirmation.

Role: Respond to customer emails and chat messages using approved process guidelines.

Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on update case notes after each interaction, using a polite and professional tone, through non-voice support queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. The hiring brief provides for a company-arranged flight ticket and 10 days of hotel accommodation for relocation.
