Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.
Responsibilities: Use the available knowledge base to answer questions and keep case details up to date. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through non-voice support queues, with attention to service quality standards while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.
Requirements: Applicants should be comfortable using computers, following instructions, and communicating in English.
Work details: This is an office-based position in Jaipur with full-time working hours and process-based shift allocation.
Interview and relocation: Candidates can attend the interview virtually from anywhere in India. Joining is in Jaipur after selection. For this hiring campaign, the company will provide a flight ticket and hotel accommodation for the first 10 days after selection.
