Role: Help international customers with account, product, and service questions.

Responsibilities: Review the issue, explain the next step, and pass complex cases to the correct team. Daily work focuses on guide customers through approved support steps, using patient, customer-focused communication, through written support tickets, with attention to correct information sharing while assisting with general customer enquiries and following the assigned escalation process.

Requirements: Candidates should be professional, reliable, and able to manage customer conversations respectfully.

Work details: The role is full-time at the Jaipur work location. Shift timings will be confirmed by the hiring team.

Interview and relocation: Virtual interviews are open to applicants nationwide. Jaipur, Rajasthan is the required joining location. The stated relocation support includes a flight ticket and hotel stay for the first 10 days, arranged by the company.
